Terms of use
The service
mainship helps you turn GitHub activity into draft carousel decks and posts. Features change as we ship. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts
You need an account (email sign-up) to use Studio. Keep your login safe. Do not abuse the product, attempt to access other people’s data, or overload generation endpoints. You are responsible for content you publish from drafts we generate.
GitHub connection
Connecting GitHub is optional for trying sample data, and required for your real week. You can disconnect at any time. We request only the scopes needed to read activity you already pushed.
AI drafts
Generate and Refine use third-party AI (Anthropic). Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or off-brand. Review before you post. Usage limits apply by plan.
Billing
Free includes a weekly pack allowance and refinements. Paid plans (when checkout is live) are billed by Stripe and renew until you cancel. Founding seats keep the access we granted at purchase. Taxes may apply. Refund questions: hello@mainship.co.
Your content
You keep ownership of your drafts and brand kit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them so the product can work. Do not upload unlawful material.
Termination
You may stop using the product and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@mainship.co. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by England and Wales law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or damages from relying on AI drafts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
